How to play

How a round works

Play this mode in Luminary

Going around the table, each player gives two clues about the word. The group tries to expose the impostors, while the impostors try to blend in and guess the word.

  1. Pass the iPhone

    The iPhone goes around the group. Each player privately sees their word or Impostor role on screen, then passes the device on without revealing it.

  2. Give clues

    Going clockwise, each player says a fitting word. Across two rounds, everyone gives two clues.

  3. Discuss and vote

    Then the group debates who was too vague and votes on who the impostor is.

  4. The reveal

    Expose the impostor and the group wins. If they stay hidden or guess the word, the impostors win.
